Since the dawn of technology, our lives have changed dramatically - as we have moved further away from nature and the wisdom it has to offer. As a result, self-doubt, high stress, and discontentment have become parts of our lives, leading to loss of productivity - and business outcomes bear the cost.
As human beings, we continuously compare ourselves to others, decide our self-worth based on our achievements or failures, and let self-doubt cloud our true potential. But this is not natural. Because, nature does not.
Does an oak tree look at a pine tree and feel discontent that it isn’t as tall? Does winter look at spring and feel sad that it isn’t so vibrant? Does a leaf fear falling off a branch? There is a certain pace and a certain “IS-NESS” to nature — it is what it is. No judgement. No resistance.
Trees don’t resist leaves from falling when autumn arrives — they expose their vulnerability and surrender to the larger universe only to bloom again when spring comes. Birds leave their fears behind and spread their wings to fly high. Palm trees may take a long time to grow but once they do, no storm can bring them down. These instances from nature remind you to connect with your true self, not compare yourself to another, not to be harsh on yourself when you fail - just allow the seasons in your life too.
When fully imbibed, these values help pave the way for a sense of well-being and great leadership.
Our programs are designed to help you imbibe the wisdom of nature and also connect with nature, and the universe at large. Be it a night under the starry sky or a walk amidst the wilderness, you will go back feeling a deep sense of peace and well-being.
Please note: Due to our signed NDA, we are unable to mention our other clients in banking, manufacturing, telecommunication, power, agrochemical industries.
